This Policy explains what information outgraph.lol collects, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
Who operates the site
outgraph.lol is operated by Jugal Mistry. For privacy questions or requests, contact @holy_photon on X.
Information we collect
- Listing information: the URL, display name, color, amount, and title or description you submit or approve.
- Public website metadata: titles, descriptions, favicons, logos, and colors fetched from the destination you submit.
- Payment information: your name, email address, amount paid, Stripe checkout identifier, and payment status. Stripe collects and processes full payment details. We do not receive or store your full card number.
- Usage information: sponsor link clicks, page interactions, device and browser details, approximate location, and traffic source. Google Analytics collects this information when analytics is enabled for your visit.
- Security information: an IP address may be used briefly in memory to limit repeated preview and checkout requests.

- Respond to support, legal, and privacy requests.
- Meet tax, accounting, payment, and other legal obligations.
What becomes public
Your destination URL, display name, selected color, graph position, listing date, public website metadata, and click count may appear publicly. Your payment email, payment details, Stripe identifier, and buyer name are not intentionally published.
Stripe
Stripe processes payments and may collect contact, billing, device, transaction, and fraud-prevention information under its own policies. Stripe may use cookies or similar technologies on its checkout pages. Learn more in Stripe's Privacy Policy.
Google Analytics and cookies
For visitors in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, Google Analytics loads only after “Allow analytics” is selected. Elsewhere, analytics is enabled by default and can be declined at any time. Google may use cookies and collect usage, browser, device, traffic-source, and approximate-location information. We disable Google signals and advertising personalization in our Analytics configuration. We use this data to understand traffic and improve the site, not to serve personalized ads.
Your explicit choice is stored in your browser. You can withdraw or change it at any time through Analytics choices on the home page. Declining analytics does not affect checkout or graph access. You can also learn about Google's practices in Google's Privacy Policy.
Sharing
We share information only as needed with service providers that operate the site, including Stripe for payments, Google Analytics when analytics is enabled, and hosting or infrastructure providers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the Service or others, or as part of a sale or transfer of the project. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
We keep listing and transaction records for as long as needed to operate the graph, maintain accurate payment records, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Public listings are designed to remain on the graph without scheduled expiration. We use reasonable technical measures to protect stored information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain uses of your personal information. You may also withdraw analytics consent at any time. Contact us to make a request. We may need to verify your identity, and some records may be retained where required by law or needed to protect legal rights.
Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this Policy as the Service changes. The latest version and effective date will always appear on this page.
